Cons
Head office, HR, Upper management don't care how results happen just as long as it happens. They'll turn a blind eye to those who don't care about their employees, who bully, who harass, who subliminally make it so you're constantly fearful for your position, will make you work for free for fear of losing your job, and force you to work in unsafe situations. They try to promote safety yet if you work safely and it's slower then you're in trouble. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Walk through the store and see how many employees approach you - none. The morale is awful, and good luck getting the support to do your job. No matter what you do it is wrong - even if you follow their instructions. Don't worry, those instructions will change when you're completed the project just to keep you busy! If you just want experience to get your foot in the door in retail, stay for a year or two if you can manage it, then start applying elsewhere and get out as fast as you can.
