Pros
Flexible schedule; opportunity for advancement within store, district and company; decent salary if you are willing to fight for it/not settle, buying team and corporate merchandiser always willing to work with store management to make things work for that individual store
Cons
Inconsistent schedule so it's a little hard for proper work life balance; unsupportive upper management, a lot of gossip/backstabbing from all levels in store - management and associates; a lot of new hires at corporate level implementing new policies that do not work for a company of JYSK's size, no support from HR team with any concerns brought to them, you will be drastically lowballed on salary and raises if you let them, doing too much at once with regards to policy change/store and company expansion/product line expansion and it's just chaos
