Pros
Staff in all of the stores I have worked in were brilliant, all were welcoming and friendly and generally knew what needed doing around the shop
Cons
Upper management enjoy visiting stores to a point where normal running of the store is almost impossible meaning the turnover is reduced which in turn brings more bad attention to the store. Another point about upper management is their complete disregard for the needs and wants of the staff under them.
