      No chance of growth. Very flat organisational structure and very little rotation at higher levels. Pay is on the low side and not in line with the industry.

      There are a lot of interesting projects within public sector where you can do very diferent things. Also the good workplace and the coworkers.

      Cons

      The low salary and the budget restrictions. The professional careers are suspended and there aren't options to the professional promotion
