Pros

-->You will get exposure to various technologies and multiple domains. --> Good learning platform called LEX to upskill. <> --> If you are lucky you may get into a non US project and workout for Onsite. --> Typically all the employee >JL5 are preferred for onsites. --> No one can ignore the campus facilities of Infosys. It's not just a building like other employers, you would see trees all over and feel refreshning. --> Every quarter there will be a team out. --> Job security, I observed people who are on bench for >6 months. This is very rare in Service based companies.

Cons

--> 3 months notice period policy. Very difficult to get a offer. -->For hikes/promotion or to get release from the project EVERYTHING depends on your manager and above. -->As long as you are in a project and billable resource you can't try for other opportunities to upskill. You should either resign and demand or leave the company to fulfill your aspirations. -->Don't fall pray to onsite opportunities during notice period it all depends on your luck. I have observed my colleagues getting calls on last 1-2 weeks of working day. -->Infosys has taken employees as granted especially on hike policies. You will get hike letter on June and arriars from April but why should there be a delay for a quarter. JL5 and above will get no arriars and hike will reflect from June.
