Pros
Managed to create an international company that follows a value creation, offering customers comprehensive management solutions, from consultancy, to project development, integration and implementation, to IT outsourcing and BPO.
Cons
Poor communication with the employees. Unable to determine the new vision and focus for new markets and technology. Do not have a very collaborating environment and the vertical organizations have a very different agenda and/or objectives locking cross selling opportunities.
