Depending on the project, challenges are inspiring and innovative. Salary/remuneration isn't bad and if you respond, they value your time and your experience.
Cons
As many consulting agencies, they want to maximize result and minimize cost to clients, meaning that a lot of projects are underbudgeted, unreal deadlines and chaos in projects. Many times the different departaments are disconnected and sell things not realistic to the client.
