      - Fast pace - Make good friends out of colleagues - Flexible in requests (usually) - I really can't find any other pros, I'm trying my best

      - AWFUL MANAGEMENT - Uneducated, unprepared, unqualified managers that ruin connections and work ethics - Shameful toxicity - Bullying sales assistant team who are too scared to say anything
