Pros
You get a discount card of 25% for all inditex stores, 4 weeks of payed vacation (but they don't let you choose which weeks, dates or months)
Cons
the crew is treated disrespectfully by the managers which leave the store for the most of the time and stay at the coffe shop. A lot of times even when there was a return to be looked at they would call you to give the approval by phone. I worked there for 3 years and they didn't even give the promised annual compensation for the employees who were there since the beginning
