5yThank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We care deeply about our employee experience and want everyone to feel like they belong and are valued for the work they do at Indeed. No one should ever feel micromanaged or controlled, but supported with opportunities to thrive and grow. Employees should be having weekly 1:1’s with their line managers to ensure that goals are met as well as for continual career development discussions. We also strongly encourage employees to have 1:1 skip-level manager check-ins if facing problems, as well as reaching out to your HRBP so they are aware and can provide feedback upwards as well.
