      -Bullying culture. Blame Culture. -No accountability, senior management hiring 'mates'. -Large number of staff leaving or being removed. -Hiring based on remote working and then forcing employees to come into the office. You can not trust a word HR or senior management say.

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
