      Pros

      Great team and energy. The culture is really starting to settle now after a business refresh. A growing business with exciting opportunities within the industry and internally for hard workers. Lots to learn and a diverse group of people make working at InPost fun and interesting!

      Cons

      The fast-paced nature can mean it’s hard to switch off, but that’s magnified during the pandemic due to constant home working.

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
