Pros

Orange goes green, big push to move office cubicle work to telecommuting for most jobs. Renovated office, nice, fridge, coffee and microwave. Onsite cafeteria with cable. System constantly down = lots of downtime = squeezing a lot of work in before deadlines.

Cons

No career path, personality tests are released to everyone and labeling begins, managers do not know how to manage telecommuters and work, live in a silo and very detached from organization. . Gym access onsite no longer available. If you are happy with your job, don't expect to build your career and can bite your lip, this is a good place to work. ING moves to Voya name/IPO, not sure what will happen now with us here. Also, if you are into little clicks and clubs, and can get in with them, this is the place for you. BEWARE: Awful health plan -- RECEIVED A PAY RAISE THAT PUSHED ME INTO A HIGHER MEDICAL PREMIUM BRACKET --- THE INCREASE WAS SO LARGE, IT OFFSET MY PAY INCREASES ---- I ENDED UP WITH LESS TAKE HOME PAY ! I WAS BETTER OFF WITH NO PAY INCREASE FOR PERFORMANCE!!!! NO CLIENT RETENTION + NO NEW CLIENTS = NO FUTURE IN PENSION RECORD KEEPING BUSINESS
