Pros

You can choose what time you want to start or finish (8 hour workday) any day during the week, you can choose up to two days to work from home, you can wear casual clothes everyday; thus very flexible environment. Chances to go abroad and work in other ING countries for a while; hard to achieve, work load and capacity of home country, in additition to personal effort; thus limited opportunities.

Cons

It is difficult to see and plan a career path; too many mid-level titles without changing the job description, at least 2 years between each title, you have to fight for the title you deserve because of the budget and the quota that HR has given to the department; thus limited opportunities. Wages are lower compared to other banks; no double pays, low amount of yearly raises, but in general throughout the country, wages are above average.
