      Pros

      Good Working Environment, Relatively Good Pay, Good Management Trainee Program with International Expat Experience. Fairly young bank so you do not get bored that much. Huge company so you may have a social environment.

      Cons

      Long working hours but they pay extra hours which many company in Turkey do not do. It is hard to change departments or desks. You may have to work in holidays not just weekends if it needed so.
