Pros
There are many innovation projects, which is a common theme from the lowest to highest level. All promises and benefits to the customer and employee are taken seriously and followed up.
Cons
While the IT is very organized and fast in handling any standard request, they may be slow moving for anything non-standard. It can be hard to mobilize some departments unless you decide to set up a full-blown project management framework around it.
