-always short staffed -micromanaging from upper management -managers perceiving everything said as negative -coworkers are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs -HR is NOT helpful at all; they’re either non responsive or have no answers to your questions -favoritism when people are moving into other positions -constant stress from the amount of work they pile on you while management sits in the back with zero clue about what is going out on the floor
