      15% discount on all merchandise, interest-free staff charge program for purchases, education assistance (tuition reimbursement) and comprehensive health & dental coverage through Blue Cross available after a year for part time co-workers (sooner for full-time or salaried)

      Cons

      Constant lack of staff in every department leaves people overworked & stressed heavily while dealing with unhappy customers who are unable to find the help they need

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
