      Management is a joke. Not one manager is qualified for their role. How can you be an Interior Design Manager without spending one single second in a single Interior Design course and ZERO previous design experience!!??

      Great work environment Pay is great for retail Job keeps you busy

      Cons

      Lack of communication with leadership and coworkers. Leadership seems to have favorites Schedule but know it's a pain Seems that there's people who would like the be full time or part time that are temporary right now aren't getting the positions Feels like nepotism but maybe I'm wrong. Finding out that there's family relations just seems off putting to others. Getting responses like you didn't get the job because you didn't answer your interview questions right just seems like a cop out The amount of drama happening is getting out of hand. Leadership doesn't seem to care about it.
