IKEA College Park toxic work environment - Active Selling Co-Worker IKEA Employee Review

The management is not for YOU, it is against YOU. There is no work culture here whatsoever. They keep in track of time when you go to the bathroom, they are sad when you call out, and the management totally all about their own career. They don't even thank for staff members. I'm an experienced co-worker in this toxic work environment, and it was not this way. However, I am actively looking for new opportunities and even for a lower income, I will take the next available position. Stay away, save time.
