      IKEA has good values that are suppose to guide the workforce but management does not live ,breathe ,walk, talk, this process and it’s sickening to watch your HR and other management staff portray as if that’s their culture they are transparent fake phonies house puppets

      Cons

      Human resource Baytown is a joke along with the other management staff that’s not experienced to be seated as a high level management official very fragile communicator lacklusting listener not very educated on interviews and talent recognition very bad staff in Baytown stay away just a waste of time
