      Great Benefits, decent job, good pay.

      Co-workers Not good environment (Round Rock,Tx) Ikea...You may love your job, but at the end of the day you are in a business environment where the goals of the organization are driven by business decisions. It is absolutely necessary to build and develop relationships at work. This is not a social exercise.
