      The pay is better than average and good PTO plan.

      Cons

      Management is all about themselves. If you have an issue you're better off keeping it to yourself. Nobody cares or listens to the co-workers.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
