Horrible Work Environment Racialism- People have groups depending on their Country of Origin...some of them treat Indians very badly ..you should be excellent sycophant to be in thier good books.. HR- Never trust and tell something to them ,they will conspire against you and will make full efforts to get you fired for no reason No learning experience..you will be doing things as per instructions of Expats every day..mostly data entry... CTC- They cheat on salary perks by showing a large component in Bonus...Ikea india has never paid bonus since thier start of operations in India..pl check with ex Ikea employees...
