      The Benefits are AMAZING and pay rate in different departments are good

      Cons

      Management are all in a clique. Once one decides they don't like you they all band together, make up false incident reports and get you fired one way or another.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
