Pros
The hours are very flexible, allows you to keep a good work/life balance. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you never feel like you cant ask a question or question what is being done.
Cons
Not fabulous if you need anything more than part time, as full time positons are hard to come by (although you can make the hours through sick calls, cross training etc)
