      Nice people to work with. Very collaborative, everyone is happy to share information

      Cons

      staff are underpaid. Promotions don't come easy, bosses are more focused on their own promotion than developing their staff.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
