      Pros

      The benefits (vacation/sick/holiday, 401k, insurance) are great and there are many opportunities if you’re in the right locations.

      Cons

      Certain locations do not have many opportunities for upward progression. There is often a disconnect between production sites and corporate.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
