      Diverse, international, fun laid back environment, nice office, free (good) coffee, approachable managers, learning opportunities. Good place to start your career.

      Cons

      Low pay, management culture of overloading employees and "buying time". Not a good place to continue your career. Analysts tend to have the best work-life-salary balance. As you go up, the increase of responsibilities does not match the increase of salary.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
