      Pros

      The people you get to work with are truly passionate about what they do and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. You are exposed to global business and get to interact with high level employees everyday.

      Cons

      Still operates as an older corporation, needs to realize the little wins are worth it for employees to be happy. A little more flexibility is needed with work life balance.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
