      Pros

      Hours are great, work to personal life balance is well rounded, pay is good, if you’re good at what you do you’ll advance when positions are available.

      Cons

      If you’re on an off shift in the production side of the business it might take a very long time to get into a day shift position. Hard workers are sometimes overlooked and don’t get the raises they deserve.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
