      friendly supervisors are more than willing to help you learn able to work independently good pay they don't treat you like a number

      Cons

      not many cons at all, everyone works really hard so the hours may be long at times but it's rewarding

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
