      Pros

      The company has a nice internal culture. All employees are very kind and care about what are you doing and how are you doing. It's a place that motivates you to deliver the best results.

      Cons

      For me the only downside was the distance I had to travel everyday.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
