Pros
Having worked at several hotels, I can confidently say that Grand Hyatt Manila's company culture is exceptional. The leadership team provides excellent guidance and support, while my colleagues feel like family. Grand Hyatt Manila's salary package is slightly above other 5-star hotels in the Philippines. Additionally, Hyatt offers a generous benefit of 12 complimentary nights per year at other properties. This perk is significantly more than what I've experienced at other hotels, in fact other hotels don't even have this benefit. If I'll have the chance in the future, I would like to be back in Grand Hyatt Manila or another Hyatt property.
Cons
It's a bit hard to do public transportation to BGC. Parking is expensive if you bring your own car.
