Pros

Very laid back, easy job, great people to work with at any level except management. Allowed to do other things while on the job pertaining to non-job related. Scheduling was accommodated around school.

Cons

Management is not very helpful. Training by company is minuscule. Expect you to learn things from others not through training. Expect you to do a lot of things for very low pay. Voice of front desk agents are not heard. No feeling of being challenged.

Great management Awesome hotel benefits No mircomanagement Great remote experience

Cons

Mass layoffs was a huge issue as that is why I am no longer with the company.
