      Pros

      The hotel discounts and free rooms are a great benefit. And being able to meet new people have unique interactions on a daily basis is rewarding

      Cons

      The pay is terrible for the front office staff which is the core of any and every hotel. The hotel discounts are great but you can never get consecutive days off to enjoy a vacation to take advantage of those perks

      Mass layoffs was a huge issue as that is why I am no longer with the company.
