Pros
Hyatt has a great corporate culture. They treat their employees fairly, and provide a really reasonable work/life balance, including flexible WFH policy on days that you need it. There are a lot of very smart individuals at Hyatt as well, which means there is a lot of opportunity to accomplish exciting things.
Cons
The downside to Hyatt is that much of the decision making process comes down to opinions based on an individual's experience. The best example I can give for this is that there are projects that I've worked on where the end results were inevitable, because I knew that no matter how the project went, it would be presented as a win to leadership. Making decisions based on the facts, rather than opinions, doesn't happen as often as one might expect, and often times the loudest voice in the room ends up dictating what happens. The culture is very catered to extroverts voicing their opinions over and over again, to the point that nobody wants to argue with them out of sheer exhaustion.
