If you already know your ultimate career goal, there are specific paths identified to help you reach those goals. You can move to different hotels around the country or around the world, and they pay relocation costs to do so.
Cons
The hours can be long, and there is stiff competition for the best positions. They are not known to have the best pay scale in the industry, but are known instead as a training ground where you learn the skills necessary to move to another hotel chain with higher pay.
