      Pros

      Great company with respect to its employees. There are multiple possibilities to grow within the company. Good benefits and insurance. Friendly coworkers!

      Cons

      Unstable schedule. You have to change the property and move if you want to get a promotion. Dealing with ridiculous complaints from guests.
