Pros
Hyatt has a friendly environment to do work. They are really do care about for them staff. They are giving too much benefits to staff from upper level till lower level every one getting the same benefits. Evenly Hyatt giving very fast growth.
Cons
Starting salary they are paying less but other benefits are awesome. Like you will get 6-8 monthly offs, 50% discount on food in all over world at Hyatt, 12 complimentary nights for staff at any Hyatt in the world.
