Pros
Hyatt is an awesome hospitality company. being rather smaller than Hilton and Marriott - you are able to move up the ladder rather quickly if you do well in your respective roles. They believe in promoting from within and truly developing their workforce to maximal potential. Also they lead the effort in cultural diversity and inclusion for hospitality companies.
Cons
Some of their practices are a bit ancient - all depends on your upper management if they welcome a more modern and broad approach to work/ life balance and how you do business.
