      Training ,base-pay, paid for insurance licenses, good management and atmosphere

      Industry changes, performance goals did not change with call volume, thrown from inbound to outbound without sufficient training.

      Work life balance is excelent. Culture is friendly, and professional

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
