      Pros

      Flexible work environment and hours, generally speaking. Decent initial salary if you negotiate well. Good co-workers. Stable for the most part.

      Cons

      No ownership incentive plan. Medical insurance is bad. No training or continuous education. Conservative company, who cares only about short term goals.
