      Pros

      During the growth period, there were lots of opportunities for involvement. Leaders were encouraging, supportive, friends.

      Cons

      Once the growth period slowed down, recruiters were told we would continue to have a job. Then, people started getting fired. Other departments were laying off the excess associates, Talent Acquisition terminated instead.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
