      Co workers excellent, clean facility middle managenent tried

      Cons

      Upper management wanted to see what they wanred to see. On reports, memos, emails. Triple check of work slowed process for formatting changes. Loss time not considered

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
