      Pros

      I feel this company as a good steeping stone. Come in with the salary you want or you'll get screwed.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes inexperienced and uninformed. Climbing the ladder to success is looked at as bothersome. The message across the organization isn't the same.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
