      Pros

      Able to work remotely with a great team of supportive associates! Hours are set but flexible and also can take flex Fridays.

      Cons

      Tough to move up or into other departments when working remote. Salary is not comparable to where I live and it is challenging to get increases.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
