      Pros

      Higher salary than other companies for tech positions. Career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Management and HR are incompetent. Salaries outside tech positions are low. Cultural clash is permanent, with colleagues, management and general modus operandi. Stress and pressure very high. Staff rotation is continuous due to all this.
