By far the worst work environment, you'll be bullied if you don't reach their ridiculous numbers for solving post travel cases. They expect you to solve 40 cases per day(email complaints from halfway across the globe) plus answer the phones for emergency situations. Micromanaged left and right. Supervisors are not helpful, you will get attitude if you have doubts,you will get threatning emails if you make a mistake. Training will be 1 week and a half, then you'll be put on the floor and they expect a high non realistic solution rates. If you don't reach those numbers you will get yelled at in front of everybody.
