In order to be recognized as a global market leader or great place to work – they lack basic fundamentals. Huge amounts counterproductive internal politics/ drama, nepotism, poor middle management and archaic processes – out of touch with the real world. Sadly, if you're disliked or challenge the status quo you´ll be dismissed (as mentioned in several previous posts). If you're starting out your career in Spain or looking to settle down in a few years then Hotelbeds is for you, however if you´re an experienced professional hoping to develop - run a mile! Basic relocation support, high turnover of talented staff, usually jumping ship within a few months. Severely top heavy structure, poor employee engagement, below market average pay, ancient IT equipment and no flexible working.
